*Holiday Shipping Alert for delivery by Friday, December 22nd*

Because of the sheer volume of shipping that takes place during the holidays, carriers cannot guarantee delivery dates. We've tried our best to anticipate delays and are suggesting the following order deadlines

  • Standard / UPS Ground (free): order no later than Dec 12th
  • Priority / FedEx 2nd Day Air ($40): order no later than Dec 17th
  • Priority / FedEx Next Day Air ($60): order no later than Dec 18th

We ship from Ohio, and offer delivery within the United States. Standard Ship orders received by 1pm EST will ship within 2 business days. Priority Ship orders received by 1pm EST will ship within 1 business day. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Please let us know if you require any special shipping needs and we will do our best to accommodate you. To make arrangements, please email with high priority. Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer.



*Extended Holiday Returns Policy*

Requests for returns on orders placed between November 22nd and December 24th can be made through January 7th. Items must be in-transit to Relwen no later than January 10th. 

Returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent it from being sold as new. Returned items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the return packing slip or your original receipt. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. Priority shipping charges are not eligible for refund.

We are pleased to offer flat-rate UPS service in order to ensure quick, convenient returns. The cost of return shipping, $9 for any number of items, will be deducted from your refund. Please click here to start the return process.
