We've always built outerwear utilizing waterproof/breathable fabrics, but this is our 1st WATERPROOF jacket--note interior taped seams. The fabric represents 3-layers of material behaving as one while weighing only 95 grams/square meter. That’s equivalent to one of our broadcloth summer shirt fabrics. Yet, the material gives no impression of frailty. It’s a durable semi-matte finished micro-ripstop that kicks ass. A year-round performer as adept over a t-shirt in a summer squall as getting stuck on a chairlift in the middle of a snowstorm.
